What we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
- Flight search inputs as URL query parameters (origin, destination, dates, cabin, traveler count)
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention
What we do not collect
- No payment card numbers
- No PNRs (passenger name records) or booking confirmations
- No frequent-flyer credentials, passwords or loyalty data
- No third-party advertising or behavioral profiling pixels
Cookies and localStorage
We use a small set of essential cookies plus a single localStorage key, sca_gate_notice_v1, to remember whether you've acknowledged our cookie notice. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.
Affiliate disclosure
When you click "Open at <partner>" we hand you off to one of eight booking partners (Hotwire, Hopper, Trip.com, Orbitz, Justfly, FareCompare, Kayak) or directly to the airline. We may receive a referral commission from partners. This never changes the price you pay.
Children
The site is intended for adult travelers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Data deletion request
Email gate@santaclaraair.com with subject "Data deletion request" and we will remove your details from our records within 30 days.
